– The video should be 1 to 3 minutes long
– Introduce yourself at the beginning
– Tell us briefly about your struggle with addiciton
– Tell us why you take kratom and how it benefits you
– At the end of the video make the following statement: “My name is ______ and kratom has helped me in my struggle with addiciton.”

1. Upload the video to YouTube and include the link in the form below.

3. If you can’t email or upload to YouTube, send us the file via WeTransfer.com Simply input our email address John Bush 512 – at – gmail.com, enter your email address, and then upload the file.
