How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. You should receive your order in 4 to 6 business days.

What are my payment options?

We accept major debit/card as well as a handful of select cryptocurrencies.

Are the packages discreet?

Our kratom is shipped in a plain shipping envelope. It is not possible to tell from the outside what is in the package.

Do you ship internationally?

At this point we do not, but very soon we plan to add shipping to select countries, Mexico among them.

Where do your source your kratom?

Our kratom is sourced from small farms in Indonesia. No chemicals or pesticides are used on the natural kratom trees.

Can I get a refund for my order?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our kratom, send it back to us, and we will refund your order. Contact us through the Customer Service page.
